Background:

The Central Corridor Transit Transport Facilitation Agency (CCTTFA) sought a comprehensive and visually engaging design for their Strategic Plan 2021-2025. This document was crucial in outlining their objectives, initiatives, and strategies for promoting optimal utilization of the Central Corridor, which serves the land-locked member states of Burundi, the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Rwanda, Tanzania, and Uganda.

Our Approach:

At Becor Designs, we recognized the importance of creating a strategic plan that not only conveyed critical information but also reflected the professionalism and dedication of CCTTFA. Our approach was to blend clear, concise content presentation with high-quality visual design elements to produce a document that would be both informative and engaging.

Design Concept:

  1. Brand Consistency: We ensured the design was aligned with CCTTFA’s brand identity, using their colour palette, logos, and other branding elements consistently throughout the document.
  2. Clarity and Readability: We structured the content to enhance readability, using headings, subheadings, bullet points, and infographics to break down complex information.
  3. Visual Appeal: High-resolution images, strategic use of whitespace, and carefully selected typography were utilized to create a visually appealing layout that draws readers in and keeps them engaged.

Execution and Delivery:

Our team worked closely with CCTTFA to understand their goals and the key messages they wanted to convey. Through a series of drafts and revisions, we refined the design to meet their exacting standards. The final document was designed to be both print-ready and accessible for digital download.

The Strategic Plan 2021-2025 was successfully delivered on time, providing CCTTFA with a powerful tool to communicate their vision, goals, and strategies to stakeholders and the public.
